Abstract
MANTRA-projekti kuuluu CEDRin automaatioalueelle (Call 2017 Automation). MANTRAn päätavoitteena on selvittää, kuinka automaation lisääntyminen tieliikenteessä muuttaa kansallisten tieviranomaisten toimintaa ja heille tulevia vaatimuksia sekä fyysisen että ICT infrastruktuurin suhteen.
Lisäksi selvitetään automaation odotetut vaikutukset turvallisuuteen, liikenteen tehokkuuteen, polttoaineenkulutukseen ja päästöihin, tienkäyttäjien kokemaan palveluun ja tarvittavaan huolto- ja kunnossapitotoimintaan.
